HOW WILL MYOTHERAPY HELP ME IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
For most of us, having a pain free and well functioning body to live our life in is just a dream. This is an opportunity to be educated on how to take care of yourself outside of the clinic room through teaching how their body moves best, recovery from exercise or even a day at the desk. Each patient gets a personalized strength & conditioning program to assist in a faster recovery or building/maintaining new strength to reduce reoccurring pain.
